Aroeira Salles partner Nayron Russo was recognized as one of the “Professionals of the Year” by the Brazilian Institute for Cost Engineering (IBEC). This is the first time that a professional other than an engineer has been given this award. Nayron Russo was noted, in particular, for his “contribution towards the construction of a better Brazil”.

The awards, given out during the institute’s 36^th anniversary celebrations, are in recognition of the people that have contributed to the development of engineering in Brazil.
