The International Construction Law Association (ICLA) will hold its Inaugural Seminar in Paris on Friday 24 June 2016. It will provide an overview of the different approaches to construction law in legal jurisdictions from around the globe , with a particular focus on the differences between Common and Civil law jurisdictions. Speakers include two of the firm’s partners, Alexandre Aroeira Salles and Francisco Ferreira.
