Ademir joined Aroeira Salles in 2007 as an intern and became an associate in 2009 after graduating in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. From the end of 2012, he started to work with the partners in the leadership and training of new lawyers and assisting in work management.
Ademir has a deep knowledge of budgeting of works and defends clients in important auditing cases especially before the Federal Court of Accounts in relation to a range of projects especially those connected to oil and gas related activities, as well as REPAR, RENEST and COMPERJ refineries, Ferrovia Norte Sul (North South Railway) and Santos Dumont, Goiânia and Vitória Airports.
In 2012, Ademir successfully completed an MBA in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
