Cecília joined Aroeira Salles in May 2018 as an intern and, since then, has focused on managing public infrastructure contracts especially in public concessions and road, metro and dredging works sectors, as well as in writing administrative pleas. She also works in judicial and administrative proceedings that involve such discussions and defends the interests of clients in bidding processes and audits before the Federal and Regional Court of Accounts.
She graduated with a law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in July 2019, when she was hired by Aroeira Salles as a Lawyer. During her studies, Cecília developed research projects concerning International Private Law, Law Transplantations, global anticorruption policies, and Philosophy of Law. Cecília has experience as an intern at the Minas Gerais Court of Justice, where she had the opportunity to assist in preparing decisions.
