Recently, the government has developed new ways to improve medical care for people living outside the major urban centres in particular through using the concession model of contracting for hospitals with a view to offering a broader range of medical specialties while still improve the quality of medical care.
We provide pioneering advice including in relation to participation in the public concession procedures, contractual management, implementation of investments in these projects, rebalancing of contracts, judicial and arbitration actions, etc.
We also have extensive experience in advising distributors of pharmaceuticals to the public sector.
