Daniela joined Aroeira Salles in September 2013 and has advised companies and individuals especially in the areas of road construction, railway and port infrastructure, sanitation, public service concessions and regulation of the pharmaceutical market.
Her experience in these areas ranges from advising on public tendering processes, contract management, proceedings before control and judicial bodies, including public civil actions, administrative misconduct actions, public civil investigations, police investigations and administrative disciplinary proceedings.
She is also active in the area of compliance and anticorruption, especially in the implementation of compliance systems for private companies, internal investigations, risk assessment and development of legal and ethical risk management solutions.
She is one of the authors of the book “Anticorruption Systems and Companies” and she is undertaking a Master’s in Public Administration and Strategic Development from the UFMG Post-Graduate Program in Law.
Daniela graduated in law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in 2015, where she participated in studies and research groups such as the Research Group on Economic Law – GPDE (2014/2015), Neuroethics Studies Group – GENE (2015) and Group of Studies in International Law – GEDI (2010/2012).
She is able to understand, to speak and to write in English well.
