Flávia Gama Axer

Flávia joined Aroeira Salles in 2007. Over the years, she has acquired experience advising engineering companies on their contractual relationships arising mainly from tender processes initiated by the Public Administration for the execution of heavy infrastructure works.

Until April 2012, her work was more focused on the proceedings of the Control Bodies, notably the Federal Court of Accounts, defending private companies in relation to important projects, such as those included in the Growth Acceleration Plans of the Federal Government and, more recently, projects for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics, notably highways, subways, railroads, ports, hydroelectric power plants, a nuclear power plant, gas pipelines and stadia.

Flavia lived in Chicago to improve her English language skills in 2012.

In 2013, on returning to Aroeira Salles, in addition to the defending clients in proceedings before the Control Bodies, she also advised on the legal administration of the contracts, drafting claims and opinions, as well as judicial collection proceedings.

In addition to direct interaction with clients, Flavia has always actively participated in the internal structuring of the office, with the creation and implementation of document storage systems in the servers, document management, conception and creation of the Research Team, as well as aiding in administrative matters related to fee proposals.

She graduated in Law from Fumec University.
