Marcelo joined Aroeira Salles in February 2019, as an intern, after experiences in other law firms, where he was able to work in the most diverse branches of law, and in the Minas Gerais State Court, where he worked on Private Law matters, the structure of the Court and how it works.
He graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais – “PUC Minas” in December 2019, at which point he qualified into the firm as a lawyer.
Currently, he works in the defense of individuals and relevant private companies of the infrastructure sector, notably in improbity lawsuits, collection suits, civil class actions, among others. Also, he had experience in Environmental Law, Corporate Law and in the development and study of compliance and integrity programs.
Marcelo communicates in English to an advanced level.
