Paulo joined the firm as an intern in 2011 and qualified as a lawyer at the firm in 2017 after graduating from Milton Campos Law School.
During his academic education, he participated in a broad and proactive manner with practical and formal experiences, mainly related to discussions regarding the electronic judicial procedure, including publishing an article in the “Milton Campos Academic Review” on the subject, and he was also invited to lecture at undergraduate and post-graduate level at Milton Campos. In 2017, he was enrolled in the Post-Graduate Program of the Federal University of Minas Gerais in the area of Procedural Law and, in 2018, in a master’s degree in Procedural Law of the same academic institution.
Paulo’s work is focused on the management, control and organisation of the various administrative proceedings that the firm advises on. He provides partners, associate lawyers and interns with support in particular in relation to electronic court proceedings. He also actively participates in the coordination of the procedural control system used by the office and in the training of all employees.
Paulo also develops strategies and petitions in bankruptcy reinstatement proceeding cases.
